Wonderful place to be during holidays. Amazing lightings and fabulous Christmas tree and parade. We like going there every holiday season and have a great evening with our friends. If you have kids, its the place to go during holidays. They will have loads of fun. |

I love Silver Dollar City. My family and I get season passes every year and thoroughly enjoy ourselves each time we go. This is wholesome family entertainment at it's finest and certainly reflects the values of the area. Be sure to bring your tennis shoes and a good appetite. You will without a doubt love your visit to Silver Dollar City! |

Silver Dollar City (S$C) is a place to be, especially, around Christmas. I and my girlfriend went there in the evening and S$C got us by suprise. The place was simply stunning. Millions of lights, huge Christmas tree which is illuminated to the music of different Christmas songs, holiday lights parade, several Christmas shows and much more. The whole place has this “magic” feel to it. S$C is a great place for the whole family!!! |

We had a great time at the barbeque fest, so good a time we now have season passes. We went during kids fest and just loved it. Great for adults and kids. Plenty to do. Rides, food, shops, entertainment. SDC has it all. I cant wait for the Christmas shows. |

I had an awesome experience at Silver Dollar City during the summer. I remember watching the McHaffie’s Homestead play their sweet music. Their music is really good and different from the types of music in my country. I rode the roller coaster for the first time at Silver Dollar City. My curiosity led me to ride powderkeg (roller coaster type). It was kind of scary because of how fast the roller coaster dropped. I felt like my stomach was going to explode. The funniest part of my trip was the fact that my picture was taken on one of the roller coasters and nothing showed up on the photo. The reason is due to the fact that I am dark in complexion and there were not enough lights. |

Silver Dollar City (SDC) is a fun place for the whole family. Go to SDC if you ever wondered how the pioneers were able to survive without modern technology. Handcrafts explained and demonstrated before your eyes. Watch a log cabin being built, feel the heat from hand-blown glass, or get involve with an old fashion taffy pull. Don’t forget the rides; rides are available for all ages. Rides that get you wet and rides that don’t, rides that are slow and rides that are fast. When things get too fast, take a break and enjoy the great food available. The memories will last a life-time. |

It was a lot of fun. I enjoy amusement parks a lot, but this one was especially enjoyable because it is a themed park... All of the rides and attractions are an 18th century american theme with wild west rides and mining and things. |

Silver Dollar City is one of the most unique theme parks that I have ever been to. It is much more than just rides but it offers an abundant amount of attracions, shows, resturants, eateries, and displays. This quaint park captures the essence of the Ozarks with a style all its own. SDC is the premier spot to go in Branson. |

I recently took my wife and 2 kids (daughter age 11 and son age 9) to Silver Dollar City. The annual Kid’s Festival had just begun which means there are more shows and exhibits geared directly towards kids than normal. Silver Dollar City does a great job of creating a fun, clean, family friendly environment. This year a whole new area of the park has opened which contains about 10 new carnival style rides. The rides in this area are kind of tame, but elsewhere in the park there are some newer style high thrill roller coasters. Don’t let the stuck in the hills 100 years ago theme fool you.Wildfire and Powder Keg are some high tech roller coasters. My kids had a lot of fun on the rides, but also enjoyed the 3 kid specific animal shows. There’s a show that includes some parrots and other exotic birds. Another show that has some award winning dogs performing extreme dog tricks. Didn’t know there was such a thing until I saw the show. Also, there is a Jim Fowler wild animal show.Unfortunately, Jim Fowler isn’t there in person, but I didn’t really expect him to be. All in all it was a great time. We’ll definitely be going back again. |
